Shipping

We're happy to offer worldwide shipping, with a few exceptions due to certain delivery limitations. To confirm if we can ship to your address, feel free to email us at contact@trendipulse.com or reach out via our social media pages.

We provide free and fast worldwide shipping on all orders.

Standard Shipping 7-15 Days.

If you'd like to receive your order even sooner, we also offer EXPRESS Priority Shipping 5-10 Days for $8.74.

Upon receiving your order, our dedicated team will gather your item from our inventory with care and package it securely. Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to prepare your order for shipment. Your item will then be handed over to our shipping partners. Below are the estimated delivery times for each region during this period:

  • USA and Canada: 4 -12 days
  • Australia, NZ & Oceania: 5-15 days
  • Europe & UK: 4 -12 days
  • Latin America: 9-26 days
  • Other countries: 11-30 days

*Please note that actual delivery times may be subject to local courier updates or affected by external factors such as flight schedules and weather conditions.

If you need to modify an order you just submitted through our website, please email contact@trendipulse.com right away with your requested changes.

Our orders usually take 1 business day to process, so if you contact us before your order has been processed, we might be able to make the changes.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once the order is being processed at our fulfilment centres, we can no longer make changes. Additionally, we cannot change the address or reroute packages once they've been shipped.

International orders may be subject to additional taxes or customs charges upon arrival. Although this is rarely an issue for our customers, if it does occur, you are responsible for covering any additional fees.

We recommend checking with your local authorities for potential import charges before placing an order.

Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are accurate when placing your order, as TRENDI PULSE is not responsible for errors made during the checkout process. If we make a mistake, we'll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at contact@trendipulse.com

Returns

By showcasing products that are frequently purchased together or based on a customer's browsing and purchase history,
it can help drive additional sales and increase order values.

If you're unhappy with your product for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your products must be clean and undamaged.

Simply email our friendly customer service team at contact@trendipulse.com, and we'll provide you with instructions for returning your items. It's as easy as that!


Please provide us with the tracking number for the returned items. We will promptly issue a refund once we receive the returned items.

*Note that the purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns, and these costs are non-refundable.
